Dear Friends, thank you for your affection for the VI Edition of the Dorian Festival.
We are coming back with the seventh edition in 2025!
We are about to present you with many new features that we will bring to many municipalities in Sardinia!

A wonderful setting, a participating and warm audience meant that this event of the Dorian Festival – Fifth Edition was also a success!
A special thank you to our friend Paolo Casula who made the event possible, to the Autonomous Region of Sardinia and to the Municipal Administration of Loceri, in the person of the Mayor Gianfranco Lecca and the Councilor Angelo Mulas.
The Dorian Festival – Fifth Edition conquered Loceri, with the Reading “I don't write poetry on Sunday”, by the writer Claudio Moica and with the musician Rafaella Bandiera.
They enchanted the Loceri audience, with their poetry and their music, on a magical summer night.
We thank immensely the President of the Proloco Paolo Casula, the Municipal Administration of Loceri in the persons of the Mayor Gianfranco Lecca and the Councilor Angelo Mulas.
A special thank you to the Sardinia Region for its trust and for believing in our project!

An extraordinary evening of beautiful music and joy, in a wonderful corner of Sardinia.
We are very happy with the success of the Event and with having hosted such a large and enthusiastic audience, who could not stop applauding the performances of the Duo Mistral, who this year celebrates forty years of collaboration.
A big thank you to the municipal administration of Lotzorai, in the persons of the Mayor Cesare Mannini and the Deputy Mayor and Councilor Giovanni Ugo Serra for their immense availability and professionalism.

tomorrow the presentation of the magnificent novel by Antonio Boggio, entitled "Crime at the Silver Bay", will finally be held within the Dorian Festival - Fifth Edition.
We will do this in the presence of the Author, who will dialogue with Prof. Gloria Lai and Maestro Davide Mocci.
But it will be a doubly special evening, because we will be able to enjoy the readings of Dr. Valentina Loi, who will interpret some passages from the Novel!
And the surprises will not stop here, as we will be able to daydream while listening to some musical pieces performed by the "Sancta Helèna Chorus" of Quartu Sant'Elena, directed by Maestro Serenella Carta.
The appointment is at the Central Library of Quartu, in Via Dante n. 66 at 6.00 pm.

It will be an exciting evening, discovering the author's fairy tales and wonderful stories that enchant adults and children.

the Dorian Festival - V edition spent another beautiful morning in state schools on Wednesday 25 October.
This time, however, we were guests at the primary school of the Comprehensive Institute n° 6 in the complex of Via dei Nasturzi in Flumini di Quartu.
Even today we brought to the territory the beautiful project conceived by the Blind and Visually Impaired Union of Nuoro "Grazia Deledda in esalettura" with the musical accompaniment of the Duo Dorian.
Thank you so much for your intervention to Councilor Tiziana Cogoni.
Thanks to the head teacher Dr. Serreli and Teacher Manconi who made everything possible.
Thanks to the teachers and children who, intrigued by the activity, asked many many questions to our friend Giovanna Perri who read a beautiful novel by Grazia Deledda with the braille system.
We thank the Sardinia Region and the Municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena who sponsor the Festival.

here we are with an appointment at the Domusnovas Comprehensive Institute, bringing, in collaboration with the Blind and Visually Impaired Union of Nuoro, the reading "Grazia Deledda in Esalettura", accompanied by the music of the "Duo Dorian".
It was a morning full of emotions, in front of a hundred enthusiastic and involved students, who were able to appreciate the stories of our Grazia Deledda and receive an important message of social inclusion.
We thank the Istituto Comprensivo "F.Meloni" of Domusnovas, Villamassargia and Musei for the warm hospitality, in particular in the person of the School Director, Dr. Marta Putzolu, and all the teachers who wanted to accompany the students of all levels and degree at the event.

It is with great emotion that we invite you to the two final events of the "Dorian Festival".
On December 27th, at sa Domu e farra, at 6.30 pm, we will celebrate these holidays with the "Christmas at the Opera" concert, by the ADC Chamber Trio, made up of the masters Alberto Cesaraccio on the oboe, Antonio Puglia on the clarinet and Matteo Taras on the Piano . They will perform all the most famous opera arias, to celebrate the end of 2023 together.
On December 30th, at sa Domu e farra, at 6.30 pm, the poet Guido Dorascenzi, accompanied by the "Dorian" duo, formed by the masters Cristina Scalas on the transverse flute and Davide Mocci on the guitar, will stage the musical poetic reading "Abbracci" , interpreting some of his most famous poetic compositions.
Both events have free admission, and at the end of the shows we will exchange greetings while toasting with the wines of the Cesare Fois winery.
You really can't miss it, it's a great opportunity to enjoy good music and to say goodbye at the end of this exciting year.

We will present the new book by Danilo Mallò entitled "Sperata Speranza" published by the publishing house "La Zattera edizioni"⚡⚡⚡
The book will be presented in the presence of the author, who will dialogue with M° Davide Mocci.
It will be possible to purchase a copy of the book that will be made unique by the author's signature, with a personalized dedication.
